MindShift Warranty Information

To the original owner, we guarantee and warrant our products against any defects in material or workmanship for as long as the original owner uses the product.

Exclusions from the MindShift Warranty

Damage due to normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of materials over time, accident, improper care, or negligence is not covered by our warranty. Normal wear and tear includes damage to zippers and fasteners or general abrasion that is a result of prolonged use.

The MindShift Warranty excludes claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property, such as camera equipment, that is carried in MindShift Gear products. The MindShift Warranty is only for the product, and not for any equipment that may be carried by or within the product.

The MindShift Warranty for MindShift Gear products is broad enough that we must exclude any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions, however, do not allow the limitation or exclusion of implied warranties or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The MindShift Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Warranty Claims Process

In accordance with our mission of sustainability, we build bags that are designed to last. We will repair a defective product if possible or replace it if necessary. In the event that a repair is needed beyond warranty coverage we will repair products, if possible, at a reasonable charge.
